Good morning, Jesus. Thank you for this day.

"That’s how I felt this child-like faith again—being so excited that I get to have Jesus in my life. And knowing that there’s so much more yet, and knowing that He has so much left to do this me—it’s just so exciting."

God was always a big part of Bree's life growing up. When she first accepted Jesus when she was five years old, the brochure that she received said to wake up every morning and thank Jesus for this day, because it's a gift. So each morning she would wake up and say "Good morning, Jesus. Thank you for this day."

But once in college, she got more into partying and less into Jesus. Eventually, Bree reached a point where she knew something had to change, so she made New Year's resolutions—to find a church and start attending. Her boss mentioned Door Creek Church. When she came for the first time, she was nervous, felt a bit of shame, but was mostly excited and looking for renewal. It's where she needed to be.
