God has blessed each of us with a unique set of abilities as well as a certain degree of financial wealth to be responsible for. As Christ-followers, we are called to walk alongside others in need to further His work in this world. There are many ways to get involved, volunteering inside and outside of Door Creek Church or giving a financial gift. At Door Creek Church, we are committed to compassionate service and contagious generosity.

There is a wonderfully clear sense among our church leadership and our church family that now is the time to roll up our sleeves and tackle our $7.3M church debt. And the two words that we keep coming back to, the two words that help us express what we believe is a God-given sense of urgency and importance, are Grateful and Faithful.
So, we introduce to you Grateful and Faithful, a 24-month campaign to tackle our debt.
This will be one of the most important things that we do together as a church family over the next two years:
We believe that every person who calls Door Creek Church home will be able to meaningfully participate in this effort. In the pages of the booklet, you will read the story of our debt, how we have seen God at work in our church family through these investments, why we believe now is the time to tackle that debt and the next steps we are inviting you into over these next three months.
As we walk this journey together, I want to encourage you to keep coming back to those two words that help us express this God-given sense of urgency and importance: Grateful and Faithful.
May the Lord grow in us gratitude, faithfulness and generosity as we seek Him.

As God’s people, we believe that everything we have is God’s as He is the One who created, rescued and invited all people to be in His family by His generous grace. That is what motivates our hearts to be generous, joyfully giving back to the One who has given everything for us. Based on biblical principles, we give to:
Tithing is our starting place in giving. The Bible teaches us about a standard for giving: the tithe—a word that literally means a “tenth.” When we give the first 10% of our income through the local church, we put God first in our lives. Tithing is an act of worship that expresses our gratitude, faith and love for others.
Whether you’d like to give a single gift, schedule recurring donations or view your giving history, you can do it all online. It’s quick, easy and secure.

Thank you for your generous giving not only to the mission of Door Creek Church but to the God who has so generously given us all things. Door Creek Church's fiscal year runs from September 1 through August 31.
The Annual Report is an opportunity to reflect on the past ministry year and see how God is transforming our lives, renewing our city and changing our world. Every number represents a changed life.
One of the values we have as a church (and one of the marks of a devoted follower of Christ) is to excel in the grace of giving. This is an important subject, as Jesus makes a hardline connection about how we think about and how we treat money. Check out these five vlogs that explore the topic of Contagious Generosity.
As you read, think of an iceberg. We’ve been told 90% of it lies below the surface. While this highlights much of what we pursued to see more people become devoted followers of Jesus, the fact is we don’t know most of what God has been doing in and through our church family and our local and global partners.
I am praying that you will put into action the generosity that comes from your faith as you understand and experience all the good things we have in Christ.
Philemon 1:6
