Book Study Goals:
- Stress the importance of the Christian Disciplines in the daily lives of believers.
- Five essential Christian Disciplines will be reviewed and stressed:
- Worship & Prayer
- Studying God's Word
- Service to God & other people
- Giving of our time & resources
- Sharing our faith with others
- To be reminded that our actions and daily walk often speak louder than our words.
- To engage folks in discussions about their corporate & personal walks with Jesus. (Sharing ideas & strategies)
- To focus specifically on the "Walk of Senior Adults" and to encourage seniors to engage in the lives of others. (To help provide "Purpose & Meaning" for seniors.)
