I received Christ as my personal savior in elementary school. In living a dedicated life to Christ, I had been a member of Mt. Zion Baptist Church for over 40 years where she has served in every area of children’s ministry. I graduated in the summer of 2022 with a Master of Science in Christian Education from Calvary University in Kansas City, Missouri. Prior to Calvary, I obtained a Bachelor of Science in Behavioral Science, Law and Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
I retired from the Wisconsin Department of Corrections after 33 years of service and begin a ministry career with the Child Evangelism Fellowship where I coordinate Good News Clubs in the Greater Madison Area. I am also a certified instructor of teachers.
As of September 2023, I have been married to my husband for 41 years. I have five adult children and three grandchildren.
