As the end of the year approaches, it is our delight to excel in the grace of giving by taking part in a special Christmas Offering. This offering is one way to keep the Christmas season focused on Christ and it allows us to grow as a church in our missional participation, partnerships and prayerfulness. (Christmas Offering donations are kept separate from our General Fund.)

Looking to 2026, your generosity will keep Door Creek On Mission moving forward and allow us to fund meaningful mission work in the coming year. Here are a few of the key initiatives we are excited to support as we steward our church’s generosity through the Christmas Offering:
$57,150 to support 10 missionaries and our two partner Spanish churches for one year—growing this from 8 to 10 missionaries this year.
$58,000 to offset Short-Term Mission Trip costs by approximately 50% for 50 people to the Dominican Republic, along with offering 20 scholarships for non–Mission of Hope trips.
$30,000 to continue our annual Meal Pack with Mission of Hope—increasing the number of meals for Haiti from 71,000 to 85,000.
$20,000 to support our School Partnership Initiatives—including Encourage an Educator, back-to-school supplies, Food Pantry Drive and Christmas gifts for our five partner public schools.
$15,000 to fund 65+ approved Door Creek On Mission Grants, giving our church opportunities to live missionally right where they are, “by engaging in acts of love and service toward your neighbors and those in need around you.”
$10,500 to support Northside Madison Campus ministry initiatives such as the Homeless Ministry Breakfast, International Friends and our Thanksgiving Meal Delivery Ministry.
As we celebrate Christmas, let’s keep being part of what God is doing. Thank you for being a church that loves God and loves people—as we live out our mission of renewing our city and changing the world.
