God has blessed each of us with a unique set of abilities as well as a certain degree of financial wealth to be responsible for. As Christ-followers, we are called to walk alongside others in need to further His work in this world. There are many ways to get involved, volunteering inside and outside of Door Creek Church or giving a financial gift. At Door Creek Church, we are committed to compassionate service and contagious generosity.
What began as an obvious need for a lift for our growing DeForest Campus, turned into a much broader conversation about our vision to be a Christ-centered church for all people and particularly people with special needs. We have church family who regularly deal with mobility challenges, hearing difficulties, special learning needs and more at all campuses.
Our goal is to raise $750,000. Half of the money collected will go directly to care needs, and half will go to pay down our debt on these wonderful ministry tools we call “buildings!” Our campaign runs through June 2025.

As God’s people, we believe that everything we have is God’s as He is the One who created, rescued and invited all people to be in His family by His generous grace. That is what motivates our hearts to be generous, joyfully giving back to the One who has given everything for us. Based on biblical principles, we give to:
Tithing is our starting place in giving. The Bible teaches us about a standard for giving: the tithe—a word that literally means a “tenth.” When we give the first 10% of our income through the local church, we put God first in our lives. Tithing is an act of worship that expresses our gratitude, faith and love for others.

Thank you for generous giving not only to the mission of Door Creek Church but to the God who has so generously given us all things. Door Creek Church fiscal year runs September 1 through August 31.
The Annual Report is an opportunity to reflect on the past ministry year and see how God is transforming our lives, renewing our city and changing our world. Every number represents a changed life.
One of the values we have as a church (and one of the marks of a devoted follower of Christ) is to excel in the grace of giving. This is an important subject, as Jesus makes a hardline connection about how we think about and how we treat money. Check out these five vlogs that explore this topic of Contagious Generosity.
As you read, think of an iceberg. We’ve been told 90% of it lies below the surface. While this highlights much of what we pursued to see more people become devoted followers of Jesus, the fact is we don’t know most of what God has been doing in and through our church family and our local and global partners.
I am praying that you will put into action the generosity that comes from your faith as you understand and experience all the good things we have in Christ.
Philemon 1:6

The DCC Foundation allows people to provide designated gifts to specific ministries of Door Creek Church. This includes planned and directed giving of various gift options to individual funds. Giving to the DCCF can be as simple as giving a cash donation to DCCF or making the DCCF a beneficiary of an estate gift. In many cases, you may want to discuss options with your financial advisor.
