There are not a lot of places where you can have open and honest conversations about some of the challenges and opportunities to steward God’s wealth for God’s purposes. Whether you have wealth or are building wealth, this is a lunch designed for people who are interested in learning how to be “rich toward God” (Luke 12:21).
It’s not a fundraising lunch or a give-to-the-church lunch. It’s a place for constructive conversation among people who want to honor the Lord with their possessions. You’ll hear from Pastor Jamie (both biblically and autobiographically) about wealth and discipleship, you’ll hear some testimonies from Door Creekers who have wrestled through some of the same questions you have and you’ll receive some helpful resources that will encourage you.
