As Madison grows increasingly diverse, many of us find ourselves living, working and going to school alongside people whose beliefs differ from our own.

Maybe you find yourself wondering, "Does my Muslim coworker worship the same God I do? Are my Jehovah's Witness friends really Christians? What do my Buddhist neighbors believe and how are those beliefs different from say Bahai or Hinduism?"

While this can begin to feel overwhelming, the good news is that you don't need to be a religious studies expert to have meaningful conversations about faith. Join us as we cover the basics of the world's major religions, explore the central stories and beliefs of some of the most prevalent religious traditions in Dane County and learn practical ways to love our neighbors and confidently share our faith in Jesus.

Don't let a lack of understanding hold you back. Let's equip ourselves to engage people of different beliefs with clarity, humility and genuine love.
