Sprecher Road Middle School

Door Creek Church is one church that meets at three locations to reach more people with Christ's love. Middle School Night meets at all campuses. This page is for the Sprecher Road Campus middle school ministry only. You can find information on all of our student offerings (grades 6 - 12) at all campuses here

Middle School Night (MSN)

Wednesdays, September-May
Check-in/Hangout Time | 6 - 6:30 pm
Programming (Refuge -Lower Level) | 6:30 - 8 pm
Each week there are fun games, biblical teaching on relevant topics, and discussion time on how to apply biblical principles to students' everyday lives. All middle school students are welcome, regardless of where you find yourself in your journey of faith. And bring your friends along!

January-March we will be covering a series called Taboo | Can I do that?. Through this series we will be looking at things people either don't talk about or give the impression that it is not allowed for followers of Jesus. Our topics will be Doubt, Questions, Anger, and Sadness. Of course each of these things are only "allowed" or "good" in a healthy growing way, and we'll look at that as well each week. Here is the schedule we will be following:
January 16 & 23 | Can I Doubt God?
January 30 & Feb 6 | Can I Question God?
February 20 & 27 | Can I be Angry at God?
March 6 & 13 | Can I be Sad and follow God?

Whether you are new to our ministry or not, please take a moment to register your student. We want to make sure all our information is up to date- including parent contact, grade, school, allergies, and so much more. Click below to fill out our form. Thanks!

Take Off

Sunday Mornings Room 111
9 and 10:30 services
5th and 6th grade only

We understand that transitions can be difficult, and the move up from elementary to middle school can be one of the hardest. In order to help with that transition, we provide a unique setting for 5th and 6th grade students to connect with each other and learn about the Bible. More than DCC Kids but not quite Middle School Night, this program runs its own curriculum and is an opportunity for students to get a little more out of these transition years. **6th grade students are welcome at BOTH Take Off and MSN**

Breakout Night Out

Wednesday March 20 | Offsite | Times will vary depending on the group
Breakout Night Out is a time for our small groups to get together outside of our Middle School Night atmosphere and have some fun together. Each small group will decide where the want to go and meet there for the night. Click HERE for your location.

No MSN 3/27

On March 27th we not meet because most schools are on Spring Break. Enjoy time with your family and relax. We will see you April 3rd!

Community Nights

Once a month this spring we will get together as a ministry to just spend time in community together. We will be having activities at church and off-site, and all will be free. Parents are welcome to stay at any of these events, but they are geared mostly toward the students. See the schedule below for the dates- events will be announced in emails and updated here when they get closer to eliminate the complications of announcing changes. I hope to see you all there!

January 25 - Canceled due to cold weather
February 22 - Snow Shenanigans at Door Creek
