Adult Groups

We were created to do life together. Whether you're a college student, a mom or a grandparent, there are groups and Bible studies to connect you with others in your stage of life or who have similar life experiences. If you have questions about any of these care and support groups, email  .

For singles, engaged and young families we offer young adult life groups as well as special events for all young adults. These special events are hosted throughout the year. See below for the next gathering date.

Colossians (inductive Bible study)
Colossae was very much like our cities today where Christians were faced with a world that believes there are many ways to God. Christ followers were being influenced by the culture of their day. Paul appealed to them to know more of Christ and then they could find their identity in Him. He also showed how to confront false teachings with gracious boldness. We all can learn how to grow in Christ from Paul's letter to the Colossian Christians.

As God reveals Himself through Scripture, we can only begin to understand ourselves when we first glimpse the character, attributes, and promises of our Creator.

Frequent moves can make establishing strong trusted relationships difficult for Military families. We are often put in situations where we have to rely on casual acquaintances to help us through difficult times.
We want you to know; at Door Creek Church our desire is for you to be more than casual acquaintances. Our hope is to close the gap between military families and the Door Creek Family.

Our vision is to gather active or reserve, transitioned or retired military and family with desires to connect and support one another. Through social gatherings/fellowship we will begin to understand the needs of those who participate and with prayer and trusting in God’s provisions, our group will see what God’s mission for us will be.

We look forward to connecting with you and your family members during this casual gathering. Please bring a dish to pass. Please RSVP to help us better prepare.
